Artist: My friend Susan.
Title: Untitled
Characters: Harry, Ron, Random Death Eater and Snape
Rating: G
Media used: Computer tablet and photoshop.
Challenge: Nope
Concrit?: Sure!
Warnings: Poor Japanese, pathetic attempts at humor, large image...
Notes/comments: Please excuse the poor Japanese as this is for a class project. It’s meant to only include what we’ve been taught thus far (which isn’t much) and we’ve added things the teacher hasn’t even touched upon. The translations will be provided at the bottom of the image, but we’re mostly just posting this to share the art.

Box 1
Harry: 'Hello. I'm Harry Potter. This is Ron Weasley."

Box 3
The bit at the top has Harry introducing Snape who’s appeared out of nowhere
Harry: "Er...We don't speak japanese."
Snape : "I speak Japanese!”

Box 4
Harry and Ron: What? (albeit in Spanish)
Snape: He’s selling apples.

Box 5
Harry: How much?
Death Eater: 300 Yen
Snape: 9 Sickles, 10 Knuts
Harry: Okay!

Box 6
Snape: It’s 10 O’clock. Go to class!

Box 7
Ron: Watch out! That apple could be poisoned.

Box 8
Snape: Idiots
Finis.

If you happen to know Japanese and have noticed any mistakes, pointing them out and correcting us would be greatly appreciated.

CUTE! *loves wonwon*

FYI, all names and anything that sounds non-Japanese (ie Okay) should be in Katakana, so, Ron Weasley = ロン ウェーズリー。Also... I would use うっています instead of うれします but that's really up to you I suppose.
Box 6 should probably be 今は十時です。(ima wa juu ji desu) クラスへ行きます。(kurasu e ikimasu) though... I keep wanting to put Snape in informal speech instead of polite speech and imagine him saying: "十時だろう!行け!"
Yeah... I'm gonna stop nit picking now. (Box 8 should be その、Instead of この cos harry is holding the apple, not ron =D *bricked*)

I thought that about the names, but Susan insisted on using Hiragana. I'll poke her again though.

As for box 6? I can't believe I forgot the 'wa' and 'ji'! FAIL! I actually knew that one! As for the other bit? We haven't learned that yet so I kind of made it up. =P

Thank god for your nitpicking. It's better for us to know then for our teach to be like, 'yea, it's decent' *pass*.

Have I told you recently how much I love you?

I love youuuuuuuuu!!
Thank you for your help!

Also... I would use うっています instead of うれします but that's really up to you I suppose.

This particular sentance I had to ask my teacher about and that's what he gave me. What's the difference?

うっています makes it present tense whereas うれします makes it future tense. The -ttimasu form is like the -ing form in english.
